Refund policy

We have a strict no return policy, unless item(s) were damaged during shipping or incorrect. Damaged and Incorrect Returns must be received within 7 days of return notification.

To begin a return, please contact us at sngcustomdesigns@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of said return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without proof of return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct your order.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept  returns on sale items, gift cards and digital files.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
You will be notified once your return order has been received and inspected. If a refund is required and approved, you will be notified; Refunds are submitted to your original payment method automatically  Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
