Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped by the least inexpensive method to be determined at the time of shipping, unless a priority shipping option is chosen (if available) at the time of ordering. Method of shipping can be changed at any time under discretion of SNG Custom Embroidery and Design Studio.

International Shipping: Customer is responsible for any and all customs and fees in relation to international shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Add-ons are not allowed after order is placed. All orders ship within 5-7 business days from purchase date. All orders ship via either USPS or UPS. Every package is insured.
